The Wider Estate

Beyond the house, guests are free to explore the surrounding gardens and parkland, from the lawns and woodland garden to the beautifully restored Walled Garden.

The wider estate extends across farmland, woodland and the banks of the River Dee, offering space to walk, explore and experience the landscape that has shaped life at Kincardine Estate for generations.

For larger celebrations, a number of carefully positioned marquee sites within the park and gardens allow gatherings to expand while remaining closely connected to the castle and its surroundings.

About Us

A family estate, cared for across generations.

Kincardine Estate has been in family ownership since the late nineteenth century and remains both a home and a working landscape. Today the castle sits at the heart of an estate that extends across woodland, farmland and the banks of the River Dee, where farming, forestry and hospitality exist alongside one another.

Guided by a long-term view of stewardship, the estate is managed with care for the land, the community and the generations who will shape its future.
