The Castle

At the heart of Kincardine Estate, Kincardine Castle has long been a place for gathering and hospitality.

Still a family home, the castle today becomes yours to enjoy for weddings, corporate retreats and private stays, set within a landscape shaped by generations of care.

While the family continues to live quietly within a private wing, the castle itself remains entirely yours, offering both the privacy of exclusive use and the sense of being welcomed into a home that remains very much alive.

Set within Royal Deeside and overlooking the River Dee, life here unfolds at an unhurried pace. Just thirty-five minutes from Aberdeen Airport yet surrounded by the gardens, woodland and farmland of the 3,000-acre Kincardine Estate, the castle feels both easily reached and quietly removed from the everyday. Days are spent walking along the riverbanks, exploring the wider estate, or settling into the comfort of the house itself, sharing long meals, conversation and evenings by the fire, with views stretching towards the Cairngorms beyond.
